Addition/Custom Fence

This modest addition packs lots of functionality! Inside, a powder room is now the home’s 2nd bathroom and doubles as a change room for guests eager to jump in the future hot tub. The adjacent mudroom gives access to the backyard and a place for boots and coats!

With the future installation of a hot tub, privacy was an issue for the couple on a busy street in Dartmouth. Designed and built by Muller Custom Renovations, this fence is 8’0” tall with two 4’0” wide gates. Specialized hardware from Lee Valley allows the bulky gates to self-close and can be locked from either side with one key!
