Exterior Facelift - Interior Remodeling

INSIDE: By “winterizing” the sun room with rigid foam and fiberglass insulation, strengthening the structure with sono-tubes and straightening the floor joists, Muller Custom Renovations was able to give the finishing touches to this home. Maintaining the warm look of wood, Jatoba (a brazilian cherrywood) hardwood floor was laid throughout, and the new windows are cased with Ponderosa Pine.

OUTSIDE: Cape Cod siding and exterior trim update the previously built sun room to match the rest of the house.
